Terms
Last updated: 2026. These terms govern your purchase and use of Cribside products.
1. Who we are
Cribside is operated by CribSide (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@cribside.shop.
2. What you are buying
All products are digital publications in PDF format, delivered by email. Nothing physical is shipped. Prices are shown in US dollars and payment is taken at the time of order.
3. Delivery
Download links are emailed to the address you provide at checkout, normally within a few minutes. Each link opens a secure page and may be used for one download. Links expire after 72 hours; if yours expires or a download fails, email support@cribside.shop and we will verify the order and help at no charge.
It is your responsibility to enter a working email address. If you mistype it, contact us and we will resend to the correct address.
4. Licence
When you buy a title you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it and to print copies for your own household’s use.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the files;
- Upload them to public or shared file services;
- Reproduce substantial portions in your own commercial work;
- Remove attribution or licensing notices.
Sharing a copy with a co-parent or caregiver in your own household is expected and fine.
5. Refunds
All products are digital. Before payment, you must expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that beginning the download may limit your right to cancel. Change-of-mind refunds may therefore be unavailable after a download begins, with the exceptions set out in the refund policy and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded where you live.
6. Not medical advice
Cribside publishes general educational material. It is not medical advice and does not create a clinical relationship. We are not your pediatrician, midwife, health visitor, or lactation consultant, and nothing here should be used to diagnose or treat any condition.
Infant sleep and feeding carry genuine risk. Always follow current safe sleep guidance from the American Academy of Pediatrics or your national equivalent, and consult a qualified clinician before changing how your baby sleeps or feeds — particularly regarding night weaning, feeding volumes, or any concern about growth, breathing, or reflux.
If you believe your child needs medical attention, contact a healthcare professional or emergency services. Do not rely on these books.
7. No guarantee of results
Babies differ. We make no promise that any approach described will produce a particular outcome, within a particular time, or at all. Any timelines given are typical ranges, not commitments.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, revise, or withdraw titles. Customers with lifetime access to a set receive updates to that set at no charge. We may amend these terms; the version in force is the one published here at the time of your order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
