Which is why we show you the contents first
Every product page lists the complete table of contents, chapter by chapter, with the page count and the ages the book covers. Nothing is hidden behind the purchase. If a book does not cover what is breaking at your house tonight, you can tell before you spend anything — and that is deliberate, because afterwards we cannot take a download back.
The exceptions — where we will make it right
- Duplicate or accidental purchase. Refunded in full, any time. Just email us.
- A technical fault we cannot fix — a file that will not open, a corrupted download that a re-send does not cure. Refunded in full.
- Your files never arrived. That is a delivery problem, not a sale — we resend by hand, or refund if we cannot deliver.
- You bought a single book, then wanted the set. Not a refund situation at all: the full price you paid is credited against the set, with no deadline. The link is in your delivery email.
Your legal and payment-provider rights still apply
Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived where you live, or prevents you from using a payment provider’s dispute process. We may provide the payment provider with our order and download-access records when responding to a claim.

This policy is linked at checkout, before payment, and in every delivery email. Checkout also asks for your separate, unselected consent to immediate digital delivery before the PayPal button becomes available.
